Clinical nutrition student consultations.

Both consultation formats currently have a flat A$70 student fee. Initial appointments are longer so there is room to understand the full context before deciding what matters most.

Questions between consultations.

Use this 20-minute appointment when one or two additional questions come up after your original plan. This may include a small supplement change, a clarification, or a brief look at straightforward bloodwork.

Before you book.

Full payment secures your appointment and the cancellation terms apply to every booking. Initial consultation preparation begins before the session.

Read the booking terms
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. This reserves your appointment; initial consultation fees also include preparation completed before the session.
  • After booking, you will receive confirmation by email. Initial consultation clients will also receive a health history form and an option to email recent bloodwork or pathology, if available.
  • For initial consultations, the intake form must be returned at least 24 hours before the appointment so preparation can begin. If it is not returned in time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the usual cancellation terms may still apply.
  • You may cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 72 hours before your appointment start time.
  • If you cancel 24 to 72 hours before your appointment, 50% of the appointment fee will be retained to cover the reserved time and any preparation already completed. The remaining balance can be refunded or credited toward a future session.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
  • Any approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • If the practitioner needs to reschedule your appointment, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
Frequently asked questions
Can overseas clients book?

Yes. Telehealth means sessions can happen internationally, provided the available appointment times work for your timezone and the service is appropriate for your situation.

Do I need to start with an initial consultation?

Usually, yes. If you are new to the practice, the initial consultation creates the context needed to make follow-up work more useful and more individualised.

What happens after I book?

You will receive confirmation by email. If you booked an initial consultation, you will also receive a health history form and an option to email recent bloodwork or pathology if available.

What if I am not sure whether I am the right fit?
